1. No Refunds for Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final. Once a subscription is activated, no refunds will be issued.

 

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • If the service is completely non-functional and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue.

  • If you were charged incorrectly or for duplicate transactions.

  • If a refund request is made within 24 hours of purchase and you have not used the service.

 

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Order ID

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages

Each request will be reviewed individually, and refunds will be issued at our discretion.

 

4. Service Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused portions of the service.

 

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and deny future services.
